Intellectual Property

The Loop app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Loop Homes, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loop Homes, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
